How to manage teachers in Reading Eggs

To edit teacher information:

  1. Log in to your 3E Teacher Dashboard.
  2. Click on ‘Teachers’ on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Find the name of the teacher from the list and select the ‘Edit’ button next to their name.
  4. Edit the fields shown.
  5. 5Click on the ‘Update’ button.
     

To add a new teacher to Reading Eggs/Reading Eggspress:

  1. Log in to your 3E Teacher Dashboard as a subscription coordinator.
  2. Click ‘Teachers’ in the left-hand menu. 
  3. Click ‘Create single teacher’.
  4. Complete the form.
  5. Click ‘Create’.

To add multiple new teachers to Reading Eggs/Reading Eggspress:

  1. Log in to your 3E Teacher Dashboard as a subscription coordinator.
  2. Click ‘Teachers’ in the left-hand menu. 
  3. Click ‘Create multiple teachers'.
  4. Click ‘Download template’.
  5. Open the downloaded teacher list template and fill out the required fields.
  6. Enter the information into the table on the ‘Create teacher accounts’ page. You can either type this in manually, or copy and paste it from your completed template as shown below. 
  7. Click ‘Create new teacher accounts’.
