If you’re new to Reading Eggs, the first step you’ll want to take is to add students and assign them to your class. Please note that your subscription coordinator may have already added students for you.

  1. Log in to your Reading Eggs Teacher Dashboard
  2. Click Management in the left-hand menu
  3. Click Manage Pupils
  4. Check to see if students have already been added to your class – they’ll appear as a list at the bottom of the screen. If not, you’ll need to add the students to your class.

There are four ways you can add students:

a) To move students into your class from a different class in your school, click Add existing pupils into your class. (Check to make sure your students are not already uploaded by your school’s admin.)

b) To add new students, download the sample CSV file available in the programme, add student information, then click Upload a CSV.

c) To add individual new students, enter their First Name, Last Name select their class and grade level.

d) To copy students from your existing Mathseeds class (applies to those who have Mathseeds accounts), click Copy your Math/s classes.
