The Reading Eggs suite of programs, including Fast Phonics, Reading Eggs and Reading Eggspress, uses differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

To start, students take a placement test when they first enter each program to ensure they're learning within their zone of proximal development.

Teachers can also assign specific lessons, driving tests or library books that focus on individual students' learning targets.

You have the flexibility to assign items to the whole class, small groups or individual students.

This can be done quickly and easily in the 'Assignments' area of the teacher console for each program.

Simply select the students, set the start/finish date and choose the item to be assigned.

Note: Students will need to complete the assignment before they complete anything else in the program.

You can assign content to support your classroom teaching, lessons that target specific skills or tests to check student progress.

With detailed reporting and feedback, Reading Eggs assignments enable you to fully support your students in their learn‑to‑read journey.
