For all other regions, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log into Reading Eggs as the Subscription Coordinator
2. Click on the ‘Management’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Select ‘Manage Students’ from the list
4. Click on the tick box next to the name of the student you wish to remove from the school roll
5. Click on the ‘Remove from class’ button
6. Select the class in the “choose a class” list
7. Click on the “Remove” button

Note: The student must be unassigned from both Reading Eggs and Mathseeds classes before the student profile can be deleted from the student roll. Follow the same process in Mathseeds.
