What is Wonde?

Wonde is a secure integration platform that connects your school's MIS (such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom) to the education apps you use every day. Schools control exactly what data is shared, with whom, and for how long. By connecting Wonde to your 3P Learning products, your student and class data syncs automatically.

How does it work?

Once connected, Wonde syncs rostering data from your MIS to your 3P Learning programs on a daily schedule (typically in the evening).

This includes:

• Student and teacher accounts  
• Class lists  
• Year levels

You can manage everything through the 3P Learning Integrations Portal, a simple management screen accessible to school admins and MAT/district administrators.

If you're already a 3P Learning customer, the system will attempt to match your existing accounts automatically, so you won't lose any student progress or data.
 

How do I get started?

Getting set up is straightforward. Here's what to do:

1. Check you're on Wonde. If your school or MAT uses Wonde, you're ready to connect. If you're unsure, your IT coordinator can confirm or you can check with Wonde directly at wonde.com.
2. Get in touch. Contact our UK support team at support@3plearning.co.uk to activate the Wonde integration. We'll guide you through the setup and make sure everything is configured correctly for your school or trust.
3. Review and confirm. Once connected, you'll review the data being shared and select which classes and products to sync. Our support team will be on hand to help at every step. 
    

Frequently asked questions

What data does Wonde share with 3P Learning?
Wonde shares rostering data only, including student and staff names, year levels, class lists and enrolments. Your school controls exactly what is shared through your Wonde dashboard, and you can adjust or revoke access at any time.

Which MIS systems does Wonde support?
Wonde integrates with major UK MIS platforms, including SIMS, Arbor and Bromcom and many others. If you're unsure whether your MIS is supported, check with Wonde or contact our support team.

Is there a cost?
There is a small annual fee to activate the integration. Contact our support team for details and they can talk you through exactly what's included.

Will I lose my existing student accounts or progress?
No. If you're already using 3P Learning products, the integration will match your existing accounts automatically wherever possible. You'll also have the chance to review and confirm all matches before any data syncs.

What happens at academic year rollover?
This is one of the biggest benefits. When your MIS is updated with new classes and students for the new school year, those changes sync automatically to your 3P Learning products through Wonde, so you don't need to manually rebuild your class lists.

Can a MAT connect just some of its schools?
Yes. Multi-Academy Trusts can choose which schools to include in the integration using rule-based permissions in Wonde.

How often does data sync?
Data syncs once daily, usually around 9pm in your local time zone. If you need an immediate update, you can trigger a manual sync through the 3P Learning Integrations Portal.
